Professor Marycelin Baba is currently involved in the African Regional Polio Laboratory Consultative Meeting at Congo Brazzaville which commenced on Monday, 12th February 2024, and runs through Saturday 17th February 2024. The event is aimed at bringing together thought leaders in the health sector to brainstorm and implement strategies that will make the fight against polio in Africa a great success. So many African countries have made giant strides in this area. The meeting will provide a forum for the experts to rob minds on the way forward in helping more African countries become polio-free.
